1. Who we are

This platform is operated by OMD AS, registered in Norway under number NO-928847532, registered office Froyas Gate 15, 0273 Oslo, Norway ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What this service is

Skill Arena Hub provides skill-based competitions. Outcomes are determined by measurable participant performance under a published scoring formula. This service is not gambling, contains no game of chance, and offers no wagering or betting.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or over and resident in an eligible territory. One account per person, in your own name, with accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Competitions

Entry, scoring, prizes and disqualification are governed by the competition rules and by the terms published on each competition page, which form part of these terms.

5. Payments and refunds

6. Acceptable use

You may not use automation, scripts, bots, modified clients or memory editing; operate more than one account; share an account; exploit a defect rather than report it; interfere with other participants; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or the competition rules. Where we close an account for confirmed cheating, entry fees for affected competitions are not refunded.

8. Intellectual property

All platform content, software and game assets are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reverse engineered or redistributed without written permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where a technical fault materially affects a competition, that competition is voided and entry fees returned.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these rules limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance. Changes never apply retrospectively to a competition already open for entry.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Norway, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction.
